With two floors, the restaurant takes inspiration from the bustling street cafes of Morocco. The base floor has a private dining area casing with gorgeous Moorish wall mirrors with multiple colors. There is Moroccan lamp with pendant metal ceiling lanterns, and bohemian styled upholstered furniture, and sheer curtain panels with few paintings. The top floor is a captivated version of Cappadocia in Turkey with eye-catching and spectacular landscape of colorful hot balloons in the form of lamps and chandeliers. There is a velvet dining area colored in blue portraying a rich & exquisite experience. What else, continuous Andalusian and Berber music, goes with every morsel.
Bayroute has a menu meticulously crafted by impeccable chefs. The cuisines are prepared from the best of ingredients sourced from the grand markets of Lebanon, Morocco, Turkey, Greece, and Egypt and served on chic rose-gold cutlery sets. With so many options, there is enough for vegetarians as well as non-vegetarians.
You can try classic Muhammara with Syrian red pepper & walnut dip spiced with cumin. Kebab Joojeh – an Iranian specialty of charcoal chicken marinated in saffron, orange juice & yogurt. Hibaar Halqa is calamari rings drenched in fried lemon, golden fried, and dusted with Baharat spice & North African chili. and grilled chicken Tamarind Wings in seven seasonings tossed with tamarind glaze & date. For desserts, there is Lotus Milk Cake prepared in customary Arabic cake drenched in speculoos flavor milf bundled with Belgium caramel lotus biscuit whipped mascarpone cream.
Bayroute goes beyond standard hummus and falafels, but it genuinely recreates the majestic Middle-Eastern gourmet experience. The food, hospitality, and ambiance take the dining experience to another level and best for every occasion.
